The Tourism, Economic and Cultural Association works to highlight the attractions of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François. The St. Lawrence River, its banks and its exceptional intertidal zone where several varieties of birds nest; Riverains Park, its beach; the mountain, its hiking trails and the Massif de Charlevoix; the village of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François the oldest Charlevoix settlement, rich in history with the construction of numerous schooners, its eel peaches, its colorful characters, its writer Gabrielle Roy, her actress Guylaine Tremblay and her athlete Olympic Dominique Maltais. ATEC wants to highlight this rich and authentic culture by developing attractive activities that can benefit the entire community and its traders.
